CANCELLATION / RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we shall then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when we posted them to be delivered. The goods must be returned at your expense and we recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

When you place your order we will send you an acknowledgement and in the event your chosen item is out of stock we will advise you of the lead-time to get a replacement or ask if you would like a refund.

Cost is £9.95. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order next day (only on goods that are stated to have 5 day delivery), providing your order is received by us before 12 noon.

If you are not in during the day to accept the delivery please state an alternative delivery address.
